The creation of it was both experimental and from knowledge — discovering new possibilities in Adobe Dreamweaver and Bootstrap (like inserting a video or a PDF within the code). All in all, I'd say a satisfactory result with the new tools that became available to me through research, curiosity and trial and error.
The blog also has a Facebook page to reach more people, and they often organize contests for people to showcase their skills or polls about which next tutorial on techniques or art they can do.
